1. Open the Mijo app and select “Ride Hailing.
2. Enter your destination in the designated field.
3. *Choose your preferred mode of transport from the available options: car, motorbike, or rickshaw.
4. Review the fare proposed by the driver/operator* and click “OK” to accept, or call them to negotiate the price.
5. *Check the driver/operator’s star rating*for feedback from previous riders.
6. Confirm the fare displayed in the system matches what was agreed upon. If necessary, request the driver/operator to update it before the ride begins.
7. At your destination, wait for the driver/operator to officially end the ride after you’ve paid using the agreed method.
8. Click “End Ride” to complete the ride and leave a rating for the driver/operator.
9. *Optionally, write a review to share your experience.
